2004 VISITATION TO GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK BY MONTH

Visitation to Great Smoky Mountains National Park totaled 9.2 million, a two percent decrease from 2003.However, visitation at the entrance leading from Pigeon Forge increased in 2004. This shows that Pigeon Forge’s increased visitor numbers helped boost visitation at the park June.
